I recommend DMW to my friends all the time and tell them that they should get delivery instead of buying water at the store. We have had a few problems with delivery but each time I have called and it has been taken care of. Everyone I speak to is always friendly and professional. I even called two days before we moved at the end of July and requested water be delivered and I was assured it would be there the next day and it was. I have actually had service with one other company in the DC area and two other competitors in Georgia; between incorrect billing, wrong deliveries, horrible customer service, and a multitude of other problems; the service I have received from your company is outstanding. Everyone who comes to my house loves my water. They always comment on how fresh, crisp and clean it tastes. Every once in a while I will taste tap water to remind me just how bad it is and just how good DMW is. When you drink as much water as I do, you don’t want to settle for less than the best.
